Il est important que la chambre réservée en ligne soit la chambre dans laquelle on séjourné, surtout quand la possibilité de choisir sa chambre est donnée. Les gens viennent chacun dans un contexte particulier, dans notre cas c'était notre voyage de see more

Les gens viennent chacun dans un contexte particulier, dans notre cas c'était notre voyage de noces pour lequel nous avions choisi nos logements avec minutie donc le choix de la chambre était important pour nous. Si pour quelle raison que ce soit, il vous faut échanger des chambres, il faut prévenir les clients et ne pas les mettre devant le fait accompli, ce n'est pas correct.
